My delivery has arrived damaged, what do I do?

We conduct quality control checks before we dispatch any delivery to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If, on the rare occasion, your stock is damaged on delivery please contact us on 03 9303 9051 within 48 hours upon receipt of delivery so that we can investigate the matter. 

Will I be refunded for damaged or faulty stock?

All Snaplock® Dance and Event modular flooring products come with 12 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. For bespoke orders or purchases from the Exhibit Flooring custom range, we will need photos to help us understand the extent of damage or issue with the product. We will happily exchange or issue a credit note or refund once we have seen images and discussed how you would like to resolve the issue. 

Who pays for the return shipping?

This will be determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of Exhibit Flooring.

I have made an error or changed my mind. Can I can cancel my order?

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been paid for and are with our couriers for delivery. 

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my floor?

We do not refund used floors unless it is determined by Exhibit Flooring that the product is damaged or faulty and no other alternative, such as exchange or credit note, is feasible. 

Are there any exceptions?

Exhibit Flooring ensures that products are reasonably fit for their usual purpose, are of acceptable quality, and match any description or sample*. If we breach any of these conditions, you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the product. 

Do I need to provide proof of purchase to get a refund? 

Yes, an original receipt/invoice must be provided by the original purchaser – Exhibit Flooring does not accept liability for floors that are on forwarded to third parties. 

What happens if the product in question is out of stock or discontinued?

If this occurs due to the limited amount and fast turnaround of stock in store, Exhibit Flooring will discuss other options such as a credit note or refund. 

Is there a warranty for floors sold by Exhibit Flooring? 

We do offer a 12 year manufacturer’s warranty on all SnapLock modular flooring systems and a 5 year warranty for products from our exclusive custom collection and bespoke orders.

Other terms and conditions

Exhibit Flooring reserves the right to refuse any order. In such cases, Exhibit Flooring will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and refund to you any payment in full.

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

*Due to the inconsistencies of electronic screens, the product colour represented online may vary slightly from the physical product and we recommend ordering a sample first before finalising your purchase.
