This Returns & Warranty Policy outlines your rights, responsibilities and our process for damaged goods, refunds, exchanges and manufacturer warranties.

Damaged Delivery – What Should I Do?
All flooring orders are quality checked prior to dispatch. If your delivery arrives damaged:

Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery

Take clear photos of packaging and affected products

Notify Exhibit Flooring within 48 hours of receipt

Faulty or Defective Products

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
SnapLock® Modular Flooring Systems
Covered by a 12-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty against structural manufacturing defects under normal use and correct installation.
Exhibit Flooring Custom & Exclusive Range
Covered by a 5-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:

Misuse or abnormal load conditions

Damage caused after delivery

Change of Mind Policy
Exhibit Flooring does not accept returns for:

Used flooring

Installed flooring

Custom-made or bespoke flooring

Orders already dispatched
If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once goods are processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Approved change-of-mind returns (if applicable) may be subject to:

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Return freight is assessed case-by-case.

Colour & Display Disclaimer
Due to variations between electronic screens and physical products, colours displayed online may vary slightly from the actual flooring tile. We recommend ordering a sample tile before confirming large or custom flooring purchases.
